Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Age Requirement. The p8888 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account. This age requirement is mandated by the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework and is a non-negotiable condition of access.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. By registering, you warrant that online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the p8888 platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of p8888 is lawful in your location. p8888 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where such services are explicitly prohibited by law.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active p8888 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts associated with that individual and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and throughout your use of the p8888 platform. Providing false information — including but not limited to falsifying your date of birth, name, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.5 Verification. p8888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending successful KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p8888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. p8888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.2 Account Security. You must immediately notify p8888 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, loss of your login credentials, or any security breach affecting your account. p8888 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon receiving such notice.

3.3 No Account Transfers. p8888 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise share access to your account with any other person.

3.4 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. p8888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after giving reasonable notice to the registered email address on file.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the p8888 platform — deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, bonuses — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). p8888 does not process foreign currency transactions.

4.2 Payment Methods. p8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and p8888 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at its discretion.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Peso). Minimum withdrawal amounts are as published in the p8888 payment FAQ and may be updated periodically.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the p8888 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification prior to first-time processing.

4.5 Withdrawal Timelines. p8888 processes withdrawal requests within the timelines published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements.

4.6 Refusal of Deposits. p8888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the p8888 platform are subject to acceptance by p8888. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is issued by the platform. p8888 reserves the right to void or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error, or suspicious betting pattern is identified.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and events on p8888. Current limits are displayed within the respective game interface or event page. p8888 may adjust individual account betting limits at its discretion.

5.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: technical failures affecting game integrity, events cancelled without a result, erroneous odds published due to system error, or events declared void by the relevant governing body.

5.4 Game Results. Results of all RNG-based games at p8888 are determined by certified random number generation systems. Results of live dealer games are determined by physical game mechanics conducted by professional dealers. p8888's determination of game results is final.

5.5 Disputes. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet must be raised with p8888 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game result. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by p8888 are subject to specific eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions as published in the terms of each individual promotion. General eligibility requires a verified p8888 account in good standing.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is published in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before a bonus expires results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 One Bonus Per Household. Where a promotion specifies "one per customer," this limit applies per household, per IP address, and per payment method, in addition to per account.

6.4 Abuse. p8888 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, or colluding with other users to exploit promotional structures.

6.5 Modifications. p8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to eligible participants via the registered email address on file.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p8888 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets with knowledge of information not available to the general public (insider information) in the context of sports betting;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or p8888 staff;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or the integrity of any sporting event covered by p8888.

8.1 Commitment. p8888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users. Gambling is entertainment — it is not a source of income, and it carries inherent financial risk. p8888 provides tools to help users maintain control of their gambling activity at all times.

8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered p8888 users from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits — Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — Receive alerts and automatic session termination after a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or permanently.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Any user may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting p8888 customer support or activating the self-exclusion tool within account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the user's account will be blocked and no new registrations from that individual will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their specified duration.

8.4 Underage Protection. p8888 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Users who suspect a minor is accessing the platform through their account must contact p8888 support immediately and change their account credentials.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the p8888 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of p8888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Restricted Use. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the p8888 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of p8888 content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10.1 Service Availability. p8888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. p8888 is not liable for losses incurred due to platform unavailability.

10.2 User Losses. p8888 is not responsible for financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on the platform. By using p8888, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered.

10.3 Third-Party Services. p8888 is not liable for failures, delays, or losses caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers.

10.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p8888's aggregate liability to any individual user for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

The collection, use, and storage of personal data provided to p8888 is governed by the p8888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. 12.1 Right to Amend. p8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at p8888.biz/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date.

12.2 Notification. For material changes affecting user rights, p8888 will provide notice via the registered email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the p8888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the p8888 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Regulatory Framework. p8888 operates under the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
